Velmi lidský přístup, férové jednání, klidné prostředí, rozumní kolegové, nízká fluktuace a firemní akce :-)

Moznost sdelit svuj nazor s vedomim, ze bude bran v potaz. Zajimave technicke vyzvy. Prima kolektiv. Neni to korporat - je zde zdravy pomer mezi procesy a punkem :)

StringData je velice osvícený zaměstnavatel, který umožňuje skloubit pracovní a osobní život. Svoboda s sebou nese i velkou míru zodpovědnosti za realizované projekty. Celkově zajímavá práce, otevřený a fér nadřízený, příjemní kolegové, se kterými se dá vždycky pokecat a zasmát se.
Firma momentálně roste, mění se a probíhá transformace některých procesů. To na první pohled může trochu znepříjemnit život, ale na druhou stranu má člověk možnost nadefinovat si nové procesy dle svých potřeb, což je ve výsledku fajn a hodně to zjednodušuje a urychluje práci.

Velký prostor pro seberealizaci, vyváženost zodpovědnosti a možnosti vlastní organizace práce s ohledem na work-life ballance. Celkově neformální a přátelské prostřední s aktivním majitelem a CEO v jedné osobě, který tmelí kolektiv a velmi pozitivně přispívá ke zdravé firemní atmosféře.
