Začali jsme v roce 1899 se 4 profesory. Dnes máme 8 fakult, 3 vysokoškolské ústavy a více než 17 tisíc studentů. Jsme mezinárodně respektovanou vzdělávací a výzkumnou institucí. Nabízíme: 8 týdnů dovolené pro akademické pracovníky, 6 týdnů pro ostatní zaměstnance, příspěvek na penzijní připojištění, doplňkové penzijní spoření nebo DIP, stravenkový paušál nebo cenově zvýhodněné stravování v menzách, výhodný tarif na mobilní telefony pro soukromé účely, jazykové a další kurzy, kartu Edenred.

Oceňuji na akademické půdě určitou volnost, tedy jsem schopen si sám relativně řídit a organizovat svůj pracovní čas.

Nadměrná byrokracie co se týče např. vyplňování formulářů, dokumentů.

Dá se velice dobře skloubit pracovní a rodinný život.

Mzdové poměry jsou silně podhodnocené, nemáme ani celorepublikovou průměrnou mzdu. Odborný asistent by měl brát celorepublikovou průměrnou mzdu!!!

S možností skloubit pracovní a soukromý život.

Clear contract conditions, considerate HR and colleagues (always checking on me and helping to figure things out). The students are doing their best and they seem to be very responsive (which tells me the atmosphere at the university is just what is needed).

Osobní rozvoj, kontakt s novými technologiemi, zaměstnanecké benefity (stravné, děti, příspěvek penze)

nechci si stěžovat, ale kdyby bylo vyšší ohodnocení, bylo by to fajn, když se vše kolem také zdražuje

Pracovní doba, možnost výjezdu na Erasmus, stravenky, příspěvek na důchodové spoření, slušné chování nadřízených.

Platové zařazení nebo možnost zvýšení osobního ohodnocení.

Perfektní soulad mezi osobním a pracovním životem, možnost sportovních aktivit.

Ano, finanční ohodnocení není úplně adekvátní, ale vnímám, že zaměstnavatel na tom aktivně pracuje.
