Zaměstnanec, který má chuť a zájem se dále posouvat má možnost kariérního postupu. Ve firmě jsou otevřeni k novým nápadům a postojům. Snaží se vycházet zaměstnancům vstříc, k jejich spokojenosti.Bez mrknutí proplácí přesčasy. A samozřejmě parádní benefity...kde jinde Vám každý měsíc dají spousta másla, sýru, dovolenou navíc atd.? Celková spokojenost.

Snaží se vycházet zaměstnancům vstříc a každý rok připravuje nové benefity.
Chtělo by to celofiremní team bulding, který Brazzale zatím neudělal.
