Jako v každé firmě kde pracuje více lidí dochází ke komunikačnímu šumu, ale zde jsou lidé, kteří toto znají a problémy se snaží vyřešit, ne jen hledat viníky vzniklé situace. To beru jako velký benefit.
Pořád je co vylepšovat a na tom se neustále pracuje.
