Oceňuji, že je doceněná mnou odvedená práce. Dále také, že je možnost se víceméně na všem domluvit, ať se jedná o směny, dovolenou či jiné záležitosti. Také mi vyhovuje přátelská atmosféra, která ve firmě panuje.
Uvítala bych více benefitů pro zaměstnance (např. sickdays, dovolená navíc).

Mladý kolektiv a příjemné pracovní prostředí. Vše je vždy o domluvě a komunikaci a to jak s nadřízenými, tak s lidmi s kterými pracuji.
