We are seeking a Junior Application Consultant to join a diverse team of experts supporting organizations across Europe in transforming and optimizing their business operations.
You will support the implementation of HR and Workforce Management solutions and help customers successfully adopt new technology. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will gain hands-on experience in software configuration, business process analysis, client collaboration, and project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting consultants and project teams during software implementation projects
- Learning about customer HR and Payroll processes and assisting with their analysis
- Participating in customer workshops and project meetings
- Assisting with system configuration based on customer requirements and established best practices
- Supporting testing activities, including Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Helping prepare training materials and supporting customer training sessions
- Collaborating with colleagues across international teams to help deliver successful project outcomes
- Performing project-related administrative tasks
