🚆 Process Engineering Supervisor – KONI

Would you like to contribute to the production of world-class shock absorbers and suspension systems for rail vehicles worldwide? We are looking for an experienced Process Engineering leader who will drive manufacturing excellence, lead technical projects, and manage a team of engineering specialists in the dynamic railway industry.

🎯 What will be your responsibilities?
✅ Lead and develop manufacturing processes for rail vehicle components
✅ Introduce new technologies, equipment, and production lines
✅ Optimize processes with a focus on quality, safety, and operational efficiency
✅ Lead and support the professional development of the Process Engineering team
✅ Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D teams
✅ Manage and support CAPEX and investment projects
✅ Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement activities

👤 What are we looking for?
🔹 Bachelor's degree or technical education in Engineering or a related field
🔹 Experience in Process Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering within a production environment
🔹 Previous leadership experience is an advantage
🔹 Working knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD (minimum 2D)
🔹 Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
🔹 Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and TPM principles
🔹 Good communication skills in English
🔹 Proactive mindset, strong technical thinking, and results-oriented approach
