Introduction:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator to own and continuously improve our Microsoft 365 environment. You will work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Identity teams, driving cloud collaboration, security, and identity management across our global organization. Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator is a full-time corporate role.
The position is designed as an on-site role, requiring employees to be present in the Liberec office five days per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administer and develop Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive)
- Manage identity and access through Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Configure and maintain security controls including MFA, Conditional Access, DLP, and compliance policies
- Lead Microsoft 365 projects, migrations, and tenant-wide changes
- Develop PowerShell automation and operational improvements
- Troubleshoot complex Microsoft 365 and identity-related issues
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and IAM teams
- Act as an escalation point and technical mentor for junior team members
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 administration in an enterprise environment
- Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- PowerShell scripting and automation skills
- Understanding of cloud security, governance, and compliance
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with Okta (SSO, Identity Federation)
- Experience with Mimecast or similar email security solutions
- Microsoft certifications (M365 Administrator, Entra ID, Security)
- Experience with Intune and Zero Trust environments
Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of Microsoft 365 administration experience
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale cloud environments
- English communication skills (B2+)
