Who We Are:

Chance 4 Children is one of the Czech Republic’s longest-serving and most impactful non-profit organizations. For 30 years, we have supported children living in Children’s Homes by helping with their educational, material, and social needs as they transition into independent life.

We are also the founders of the Czech Republic’s original hospital clown initiative, Dr. Klaun, bringing laughter and emotional support to children in hospitals across the country.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are expanding our long-standing and highly successful Public Collection team in Prague and are currently recruiting:

• Fundraisers / Direct Sales Representatives
• Public Collection Team Managers

Our team works with officially approved public collections, offering small donation items such as magnets, postcards, souvenirs, and trinkets to English-speaking tourists in the heart of Prague.

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with tourists in a friendly and professional way
• Raise awareness for meaningful charitable projects
• Offer donation items in support of our work
• Represent a respected and established non-profit organization

Management candidates will also help oversee daily operations, motivate teams, and ensure smooth collection activities.

• Good spoken English
