Main tasks & key accountabilities:
- You will contribute to the annual reward benchmarking process across the group, including global data collection, analysis, and interpretation
- You will support the preparation and delivery of Compensation & Benefits data for global HR (e.g. pay scales, merit increases, off-cycle adjustments, sustainability reporting)
- You will assist in job evaluation activities and provide input on the quality and consistency of job descriptions
- You will help prepare and deliver communication materials related to Compensation & Benefits policies across Lenzing group entities
- You will collaborate closely with HR teams and business stakeholders, providing support and guidance on compensation-related topics and questions
Our expectations for this exciting role:
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Economics
- Hands-on 1+ years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits is an advantage
- You are proficient with computers and have advanced skills in Excel
- You have strong written and spoken English – ideally C1
- You have great communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- You are self-motivated, adaptable and solution-oriented, with a can-do attitude, great attention to detail, the ability to work to a deadline
