About the role

As our Finance Specialist you'll be the go-to person for invoicing, purchase orders, and approvals across our Czech, German, and Polish offices. This is a hands-on role for someone who's detail-oriented, independent, and always thinking about how to improve the way we work.

You will closely work with our Finance Manager for Europe Radovan Mareček.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage invoicing and payment processing across our European entities (CZ, DE, PL)
  • Create and send invoices based on sales inputs, and follow up on customer documentation
  • Handle purchase orders, licence renewals, and approval workflows
  • Keep spreadsheets, tables, and financial records organized and accurate
  • Communicate with colleagues across European branches as well as with clients to resolve day-to-day issues
  • Take ownership of workflow improvements - identify inefficiencies, help design better processes, and share practical solutions with others

What we're looking for

  • Experience in AR/AP, finance support, or back-office finance roles
  • Solid knowledge of invoicing, invoice processing, and finance administration
  • Familiarity with accounting systems - experience with ABRA/Datev/wflow is a plus, not essential
  • Ability to manage multi-step processes and cross-border tasks independently
  • Czech on native level and English at level B2 for day-to-day communication with international colleagues and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, independent and good communicator
  • Someone with drive - not only to complete the daily agenda, but also to improve workflows and suggest better ways of working

What we offer

  • Work on international projects using cutting-edge data tools – seriously, the best tech available
  • Solid benefits package: extra 10 days of leave, Multisport card, generous annual learning budget, open bonus structure, local and international knowledge sharing sessions, and more
  • Hybrid flexibility – we meet in the Prague office regularly (Mo+Wed), and you’re free to choose what works best for you beyond that
  • AI-friendly by default – we stay current, experiment with new tools, and treat AI as a genuine work partner
  • Genuinely collaborative culture, that actually means something: real teamwork, support, knowledge sharing, flexibility and fun
  • Continuous learning and development to keep your skills sharp
  • A diverse, global team of friendly data professionals, who really get along
  • If you're a keen sportsman, you'll find plenty of company here 🏃
