The role

We are seeking a Manager, Deployments Portfolio to serve as the strategic horizontal liaison between regional/local market C-level stakeholders and our 7 vertical tech delivery domains. You will be responsible for consolidating regional business needs, facilitating end-to-end (E2E) portfolio alignment, and answering the critical question for local leadership: "What is the total tech delivery pipeline for my country this quarter?"

You will be part of the bigger Product Deployment team handling 17 markets across APAC & EU and will act as the dedicated portfolio partner for a specific geographic region. In this role, you will take a holistic view of regional tech delivery, acting as the primary translation layer that shields our functional execution teams from localized administrative noise while providing top-tier strategic account management to our local markets.

Responsibilities

Regional Portfolio Strategy & Alignment

  • Engage with local C-level stakeholders (MDs, functional directors) and regional teams to provide a cohesive, cross-domain narrative of the tech delivery pipeline
  • Translate highly technical, functional updates into strategic business value and compelling narratives for regional leadership
  • Present aggregated E2E portfolio proposals, risks, and roadmaps to regional business leadership for consideration and alignment

Intake & Prioritization Management

  • Partner with local markets to discover, filter, and prioritize incoming strategic requests before they enter the functional vertical delivery pipelines
  • Define clear problem statements, success metrics, and value assessments for cross-domain regional initiatives
  • Manage the horizontal alignment of product initiatives, ensuring our 7 distinct vertical domains are synchronized for complex, multi-domain rollouts

Go-To-Market Orchestration (Horizontal Overlay)

  • Lead the E2E regional portfolio reviews, tracking overall readiness across operations, finance, marketing, and local management
  • Coordinate high-level timelines, resources, and E2E communications to ensure alignment across all vertical delivery teams
  • Develop and maintain regional engagement playbooks and localized strategic briefs

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as the primary single point of contact between the regional market leadership and the functional tech delivery leads
  • Maintain alignment across stakeholders through regular monthly/quarterly portfolio reviews and checkpoints
  • Track and report on regional satisfaction, cross-functional delivery performance, and strategic market feedback

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in Tech Consulting, Corporate Strategy, Enterprise Account Management, or Senior Program Management in a multi-region or global company
  • Exceptional executive presence and high EQ; deeply comfortable reading a room full of Managing Directors and navigating conflicting market priorities with diplomacy
  • Strong analytical and business acumen; able to quickly grasp complex tech concepts across diverse domains (Logistics, Q-commerce, Marketing, Fintech) and synthesize them into business narratives
  • Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed environment, partnering with deeply technical vertical leads without stepping on their operational execution
  • Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and facilitate strategic alignment, managing horizontal dependencies across multiple delivery silos
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, especially in fast-paced environments requiring rapid translation of technical realities to business outcomes
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with interpreting complex data from project management platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana) to tell a cohesive E2E portfolio story
