To keep that momentum strong, we need precise campaign execution, seamless coordination, and a sharp eye for detail that ensures every campaign delivers real value to our partners.

We’re looking for an Account & Campaign Manager who will own the end-to-end delivery of advertising campaigns across Germany (knuspr.de), Austria (gurkerl.at), Czechia (rohlik.cz), Hungary (kifli.hu), and Romania (sezamo.ro), partnering closely with Media Sales, advertisers, and internal teams to turn plans into high-quality executions.

From setup to reporting, you’ll play a key role in making sure campaigns run smoothly, perform effectively, and continuously improve through data-driven insights.

  • You'll lead operational excellence in campaign execution and provide input to process improvements and performance optimization.
  • You’ll be instrumental in building trust and long-term partnerships by delivering accurate campaign execution and maintaining proactive client communication.

What you'll do

Campaign Management & Execution

  • Own the full campaign lifecycle: asset collection, validation, scheduling, and delivery.
  • Lead the technical implementation of advertising campaigns across web, app, and mobile platforms.
  • Support timely campaign launches and ensure all creative materials are correctly uploaded and functioning.
  • Monitor live campaigns and ensure alignment with delivery goals and KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot issues to maintain campaign continuity and performance.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for advertisers and media agencies post-sale.
  • Provide updates to advertisers with weekly performance metrics and detailed end-of-campaign reports.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and recommends real-time optimizations.

Reporting & Optimization

  • Analyze campaign performance to extract insights and drive improvements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide input to campaign and product development based on recurring client needs and feedback.
  • Support financial reconciliation and invoicing processes with accurate campaign data.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams including sales, creative, and product to ensure campaign success.
  • Provide feedback to improve operational processes and campaign efficiency.
  • Receive updates from product and design teams on system changes and new features.

What we're looking for

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple advertising campaigns with attention to detail and timely execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising workflows and campaign performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to troubleshoot technical and operational challenges.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and creating actionable insights.
  • Proficient in tools for campaign monitoring, performance tracking, and reporting.
  • C1+ proficiency in English (written and spoken)
