Responsibilities
Business Development
- Build and execute go‑to‑market plans for assigned vendors.
- Grow TD SYNNEX’s market share by identifying new opportunities and supporting key deals.
- Translate vendor objectives into actionable business plans.
Partner & Customer Engagement
- Develop and manage a set of partners’ accounts.
- Strengthen relationships with partners and key customers through regular business reviews.
- Promote vendor value propositions internally and externally.
Commercial & Strategic Execution
- Negotiate commercial terms, deals, and rebates.
- Provide input into pricing, purchasing, and sales strategies.
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Presales, and Marketing teams to support execution.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and partner programs.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Required
- Proven experience in IT channel or partner-facing roles
- Strong understanding of the partner and end‑customer ecosystem.
- Excellent English and Czech communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capabilities, and solution‑selling mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and influencing skills.
- Comfortable working in a matrix and multinational environment.
Preferred
- Background from an IT partner/reseller.
- Experience in business planning or go‑to‑market development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
