IT Business Analyst - Europ Assistance s.r.o.

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to lead strategic technology initiatives across our organization. In this role, you will drive complex projects from concept to delivery, collaborate closely with business stakeholders, and ensure that proposed solutions align with our longterm architecture and business goals.

What You Will Do

• Work with business stakeholders to understand processes, needs, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Analyze existing systems, interfaces, and processes, and perform gap analysis against the desired future state.
• Gather, structure, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear functional and technical specifications to support development and implementation.
• Analyze data flows, system interactions, dependencies, and interface behavior, including alignment with technical documentation such as API specifications.
• Support solution design by identifying constraints, risks, and dependencies early in the delivery lifecycle.
• Support developers by clarifying requirements during implementation and managing changes to scope or requirements when needed.
• Prepare and maintain analytical and delivery documentation throughout the lifecycle.
• Support end‑to‑end and integration testing, including preparation of test scenarios, test data, and validation of results.
• Participate in defect analysis and prioritization in cooperation with development and testing teams.
• Support UAT preparation and execution, ensuring business expectations are met.
• Take an active role in driving delivery forward by coordinating activities across stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Support planning and tracking of work items, milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Contribute to status updates, delivery reporting, and go‑live readiness.
• Support transition of delivered solutions into operations.

What We Expect

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Business Analyst role within complex IT environments.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, documentation, and support of end‑to‑end testing.
• Hands‑on experience working with system interfaces and APIs (REST / SOAP).
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Swagger, or SoapUI.
• Experience supporting or coordinating IT project delivery activities.
• Good understanding of SDLC and delivery methodologies (Waterfall / Agile).
• Comfortable structuring work, managing dependencies, and supporting delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
