Our global Fire Detection group in Brno offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with international teams and development centers.

You will be responsible for solving dynamic technical challenges – from identifying the root cause to implementing the fix.

Minimum administration, maximum technical challenges!

What you will do:

• Develop, test, and enhance software for our devices – fire systems, control panels, detectors, and signaling equipment
• Develop devices with C/Embedded (Windows dev environment)
• Collaborate with global software teams, customers, technical support, and NPI teams
• Participate in interesting international projects, create documentation, and resolve technical challenges and issues
• Use modern tools and continuously develop your skills

What we expect from you:

• University degree in computer science, software engineering, or electrical engineering
• Proven 5+ years of experience in Embedded/C devices on industrial projects
• Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git)

Nice to have:

• Experience with IEC 61508 / SIL certification
• Experience bitmap processing
• Atmel IAR Compiler
• Programming with C# and Visual Basic
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Make, Bash)
