Fundraising coordinator/teamleader - Chance 4 Children, z.s.

Do you want to spend your summer in the heart of Prague, connect with people from all over the world, and make a real difference in the lives of children from institutional care? Join us and help secure the resources needed for our educational, mentoring and hospital clown programs.

Collaboration: Competitive compensation (fix + performance-based bonuses).
Location: Prague (historical center and high-traffic tourist zones).
Timing: All Year around but main season (Spring–Autumn), with the potential for long-term cooperation.

What will you do?

  • Represent C4C in the field: You will be the face of our organization, engaging passers-by and sharing our mission to support children in institutional care.
  • Build and lead a team: You will gradually take a small team under your wing, training and guiding them to achieve the best possible results.
  • Organize logistics: You will be responsible for ensuring we are in the right place at the right time with all the necessary materials.
  • Ensure transparency: You will oversee that all donations and administration are handled ethically and according to the rules, operating under the auspices of an authorized public collection.

Who are we looking for?

  • A communicative partner: Someone who isn't afraid to approach strangers and can capture their interest within seconds.
  • An experienced salesperson or fundraiser: If you have a background in direct sales or face-to-face fundraising, you have a significant advantage.
  • A person of integrity: You are responsible, reliable, and understand that you are representing a good cause.
  • Language skills: Fluent English is a must in central Prague; additional languages are a great plus.
  • A resilient enthusiast: Working outdoors in the hustle and bustle of the city energizes you rather than wears you down.

What do we offer?

  • Work with deep meaning: Every crown you raise helps specific children as they take their first steps into independent life.
  • Autonomy and responsibility: We give you the space to lead your team and bring your own ideas on how to improve our fundraising.
  • Fair and above average compensation with the possibility of exceptional income: Your effort and results will be reflected in your pay.
  • A team that sticks together: We aren't a corporation; we are a friendly group of people who believe in what we do.
