Sr. CRM Specialist - Philip Morris ČR

We are looking for a data-driven and independent Senior CRM Specialist to join our regional CRM team. In this role, you will take ownership of CRM execution contribute to developing customer-centric lifecycle communication.

Key responsibilities

CRM execution & ownership

  • Manage end-to-end CRM operations across email, SMS, Viber and automated journeys.
  • Translate business requirements into clear CRM logic and targeting.
  • Ensure accuracy, quality and timely delivery of CRM communications.
  • Oversee audience selection, segmentation logic and data quality.

Lifecycle development & continuous improvement

  • Build and optimize lifecycle and trigger-based journeys.
  • Identify opportunities to improve relevance, timing and customer engagement.
  • Streamline communication plans and support the shift toward greater automation.
  • Contribute to advanced targeting, including propensity-based approaches.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Partner with Brand, Category, Legal, E-commerce, Loyalty, BI and other teams.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and technical partners.
  • Ensure CRM solutions align with business needs, brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Analytics & insights

  • Monitor CRM performance and engagement trends.
  • Identify gaps, risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations to optimize targeting, timing and journey logic.
  • Work with Excel and PowerBI dashboards; SQL knowledge is a strong advantage.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven hands-on experience with CRM execution and marketing automation.
  • Strong understanding of CRM channels, segmentation and measurement.
  • Experience with enterprise CRM platforms (Salesforce, Bloomreach or similar).
  • Ability to work independently, challenge existing approaches and propose solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  • High attention to detail and passion for data-driven decision making.
  • Czech or Slovak native and English working proficiency.
