NNIT is a leading IT service provider to life sciences and other regulated industries. We partner closely with our clients to design, implement, and manage IT solutions that support critical and regulated business processes. We are now looking for a Project Manager with a strong consulting mindset to join our Life Sciences Consulting & Project Management practice.
As a Project Manager at NNIT, you will lead client projects within the life sciences domain and act as a trusted advisor to our customers. You will ensure structured, compliant project delivery in regulated environments while collaborating with client stakeholders, NNIT specialists, and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery for life sciences clients.
• Act as the primary customer contact for project execution and progress.
• Plan and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across NNIT and client organizations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality requirements (e.g. GxP, CSV).
• Contribute to scoping, estimates, and selected pre-sales activities.
Your Background:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a consulting or client-facing role.
• Experience working with pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device companies.
• Solid knowledge of project management methods (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Agile).
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable operating in complex and regulated environments.
Considered an Advantage:
• Previous experience from a consulting practice.
• Experience with ERP, LIMS, MES, QMS, or other regulated system implementations.
• Experience with Veeva.
• Experience applying genAI in project delivery.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or similar)

Travel must be expected, but will be kept to necessary business trips (<10%).
