What will you be responsible for?
- Providing technical support and communicating with our customers in the assigned region (phone, email, ticketing system)
- Analyzing and resolving technical inquiries and incidents from customers
- Prioritizing requests and handling escalated incidents
- Searching for and retrieving data in internal systems
- Close cooperation with product support,R&D, and quality teams
- Regular communication and collaboration with teams within the SSC department
- Preparing reports in line with company requirements
- Daily phone communication with customers and international branches
- Proactively identifying recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of German and English at least at B2 level
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
- Secondary or university education in a technical field
- Excellent communication skills
- Responsibility, attention to detail, and accuracy
- Independence, self‑reflection, and willingness to continuously develop
- Team collaboration / ability to work as part of a team
