As a Robotics – Digital Twin & Simulation Engineer, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, working with cutting-edge tools like NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and Isaac Lab to create high-fidelity, scalable simulation environments. These environments will power the development, testing, and deployment of next-generation robotic systems across industries.
The goal is to create a digital warehouse/factory where robots and humans collaborate, using digital twins for operations and simulations.
You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, researchers, and designers to simulate real-world conditions and accelerate the development of robotic intelligence. If you are passionate about simulation, robotics, and AI—and want to work on projects that make a real-world impact—this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain simulation environments using NVIDIA Omniverse and Isaac Sim for robotic perception, manipulation, and navigation.
- Develop and integrate robotic behaviors and learning pipelines using Isaac Lab for reinforcement learning and motion planning.
- Create and manage OpenUSD-based digital twins and simulation assets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate robotic algorithms in simulated environments.
- Optimize simulation performance for large-scale training and testing, including cloud-based deployments.
- Contribute to the development of custom Omniverse extensions and simulation tools.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and Isaac Lab.
- Proficiency in Python and C++.
- Solid understanding of robotic systems, including kinematics, dynamics, and control.
- Experience in creating digital twins and simulation.
- Experience with ROS2
- Familiarity with simulation-based testing and validation of robotic algorithms.
Nice to Have
- Experience with OpenUSD (Universal Scene Description) and Omniverse extension development.
- Hands on experience with industrial robots [Universal Robots / KUKA / Denso / others...]
- Background in reinforcement learning or machine learning for robotics. Example libraries Pytorch / TensorFlow / Keras etc.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and simulation automation.
