About Corporate Access Team
The Corporate Access team is responsible for organizing conferences and roadshows and delivering bespoke events for Clients from around the world. These activities enable institutional investors to gain insight into investment opportunities across EMEA and Frontiers markets.
What specifically awaits you?
... Primarily, a diverse workload where you will not get bored. Work tasks include, for example:
- Processing expense receipts and travel expenses using Expense Point and Revolut
- Managing flight and hotel bookings
- Providing ad-hoc administrative and operational support to team members
- Maintaining and managing CRM data and client records
- Gradually taking responsibility for reporting activities
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of conferences, roadshows and events
- Acting as a backup for marketing materials administration
What can you bring to our company?
- Advanced level of English (daily professional communication)
- The command of an additional foreign language (Russian, Arabian) would be a strong advantage
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and reliability
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous administrative, CRM or event-related experience is an advantage, but not required
