At Rohlik, we’re looking for a Payroll Specialist who will fully own payroll operations for our Czech business and become a trusted expert for employees, HR and Finance.
You’ll play a key role in making sure payroll runs smoothly, accurately and in full compliance — while also helping us improve processes and automate wherever it makes sense.
What you’ll do:
- Own end-to-end payroll processing
- Take responsibility for payroll calculations, monthly closings and reporting
- Work with OKsystem and ensure high data quality
- Communicate daily with employees regarding payslips, deductions and payroll questions
- Handle communication with authorities (Social Security Office, Health Insurance Companies, Tax Office)
- Prepare ELDP reports, annual tax settlements and statutory payroll reporting
- Prepare payroll inputs and estimates for Finance
- Cooperate closely with HR on contracts and employee administration
- Look for ways to simplify, automate and improve payroll processes
- Help shape efficient payroll and HR admin workflows
Who you are:
- You know payroll legislation and payroll accounting inside out
- You have hands-on experience with full payroll agenda (end-to-end)
- You’re comfortable working with larger datasets and Excel
- You’ve worked with OKsystem or similar payroll tools
- You’re detail-oriented, reliable and take real ownership of your work
- You know how to prioritize and deliver
- You like improving processes, not just maintaining them
- You speak fluent Czech and advanced English
