Transport Specialist (Ocean Freight Forwarding)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Transport Specialist who will ensure the smooth handling of export and import shipments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys logistics, working with documentation, and daily communication with customers and partners.
What will your role involve?
- Managing the complete process of export and import shipment handling.
- Preparing and compiling documentation for customs clearance.
- Cooperating with customs brokers and transport partners.
- Ordering collections and coordinating transport according to customer requirements.
- Issuing transport and accompanying documents.
- Monitoring shipment progress and resolving any non-standard situations.
- Invoicing transport-related services in line with agreed price lists.
What we expect from you:
- Secondary education (logistics or transport is an advantage).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding Operations.
- User-level knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and TMS systems.
- Professional level of English.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail, reliability, responsibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
