We operate in five countries and continue to expand fast. To support that growth we’re now looking for a Head of Finance Shared Service Centre to lead our Group-wide finance operations and drive a major transformation — powered by data, AI and automation — shaping Finance into a modern, scalable and highly efficient function that can support our fast growth across five countries by ensuring strong SSC performance, excellent service for internal partners and full compliance in every market.

Reporting to: Group CFO

What you’ll do

You will lead the future of finance operations at Rohlik — shaping how transactional finance works across five countries and multiple business models. That means transforming manual work into smart automation and turning complexity into clarity.

  • Lead Group Finance SSC — strategy, delivery, performance & people

  • Oversee the three core process areas: PTP, OTC, RTR + Process Optimization

  • Build a scalable operating model that supports rapid growth and new business lines

  • Drive transformation — standardization, automation and digitalization (AI, RPA, OCR, workflows)

  • Shorten month-end close and elevate accuracy and transparency of financial data

  • Strengthen internal controls and ensure audit readiness across all countries

  • Set KPIs and SLAs and hold leaders accountable for results

  • Partner with CFO and Country Finance Directors to improve cost-to-serve and service levels

  • Build leadership succession and a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

  • Act as a visible change leader — helping teams adopt smarter ways of working

  • Manage SSC budget and continuously increase productivity and efficiency improvements

What we look for

You are a finance leader who makes things simpler, smarter and better.

  • University degree in Finance/Accounting (ACCA/CPA is a plus)

  • Extensive experience in finance operations / SSC / Business Services

  • Experience leading multi-layer teams in an international environment

  • Strong expertise in finance with ideally at least one core process area (PTP / OTC / RTR)

  • Knowledge of major ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, MS Dynamics, etc.)

  • Proven transformation experience — process standardization, automation

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

  • Data-driven & improvement mindset and structured problem-solving

  • Fluent English & Czech (other European languages are a plus)
