Are you ready to shape the future of healthcare partnerships in Turkey?
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to develop and maintain our healthcare provider network, negotiate commercial terms, and support operational excellence.

Your Role

Identify and onboard healthcare facilities across Turkey.
Build and maintain strong relationships with providers.
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure compliance.
Support operational processes related to medical assistance and claims.
Coordinate with local agents to guarantee service quality.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare network management or provider relations.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage complex relationships.
Fluent in Turkish and English.
Turkish national with deep knowledge of the Turkish healthcare system (preferably)
Experience in international assistance or insurance industry (prefferably)
Analytical and reporting skills.
