We are looking for a dynamic colleague for the position:
What will you be responsible for?
- Process and match incoming payments with the relevant invoices
- Monitor customer payment morale - does the customer pay on time?
- Set and review credit limits for new and existing customers in collaboration with the branch
- Process customer complaints
- Carry out monthly closures
- Reporting as required by the company
- Make daily phone calls to customers and branch abroad
- Participate in the improvement of existing processes
What do we expect from you?
- Italian and English language at very good level - daily contact with native speakers
- High school/college education - also suitable for graduates who can be trained
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
- Independence, self-reflection and a willingness to work on yourself constantly
