Hilton Prague is looking for a Meetings & Events Sales Executive – someone who knows how to turn an inquiry into an unforgettable event and a sales lead into a lasting relationship.

What’s the role about:

No two days are the same. One day you will be helping design a major international conference, the next you will be fine-tuning the details of a wedding or corporate celebration. Your goal: understand what guests really need and create solutions that exceed expectations. You will be part of the team behind some of the city’s biggest and most impressive events – and your work will be seen, experienced, and remembered.

What you will do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
• Handle new inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Prepare proposals and presentations that sell experiences, not just spaces
• Ensure the complete administration and execution of all planned events
• Focus on a consistently executed up-selling approach
• Represent Hilton Prague at sales meetings and hotel promotional activities

What we are looking for:

• A natural communicator with a passion for sales and hospitality
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive, positive attitude and a love for connecting with people
• High level of IT skills, confident telephone manner
• A genuine desire to grow within a global brand
  
• Previous experience in meetings & events and knowledge of hotel systems a plus
• Professional appearance and fluent English (Czech or other languages a plus)
