Business Development Manager - Phonexia s.r.o.

We are looking for a goal-oriented Business Development Manager. Someone with sales experience who is interested in doing business globally and will take good care of our partners. Bring your passion to Phonexia!

What will you do?

You'll be selling our Brno-born technology and solution which are number one in the world of voice biometry. You will take care of our partners and clients all around the world and you'll explore new markets and opportunities.

You'll be working with our solutions and technology provided to the governmental sector – fast growing and focusing on long-term policies.

Which skills should you have?

• Business instinct, feeling and thinking is a must – you'll have to distinguish whether the opportunity has business potential. Thinking out of the box will be necessary in this field.

• Analytical thinking – you'll have to ask lots of questions and analyze the answers to find what our customers need.

• Powerful listening – the answers of customers are as equally important as the questions asked, we'll need you to be able to listen and hear customers' needs.

• Communication and presentation skills – our customers will fall in love with our products.

• Excellent time management – you know how to prioritize. You meet deadlines and all necessary information is in our CRM on a daily basis – your online sales bible.

• Negotiation – you definitely should know the basics, we will ask about your negotiation experience at the interview.

• English is a must, Russian would be great, any other language is welcome.

The job itself is not possible to do well without an interest in IT and technologies. You're definitely going to have an advantage if you have some experience with sophisticated IT products.
