  • Collaborate across HR functions: Partner with HRIS, HRIT, Rewards, and other HR teams to align process improvements and ensure everyone has a consistent experience.
  • Support improvement projects: Work closely with the Head of Global People Services Processes to plan, coordinate, and deliver process improvement initiatives that support our wider HR strategy.
  • Keep documentation clear and consistent: Develop and maintain templates, guides, and process maps that help teams follow the same standards and best practices.
