This role is for a motivated and goal-oriented professional with proven experience in institutional fundraising, proposal development, and donor engagement. ✨Your main responsibilities:
💫Project design and proposal development
💫Donor engagement and business development
💯Your profile:
✅Proven experience in developing and managing complex proposals
✅Proven track record in securing highly competitive bids (incl. DG INTPA, ECHO, UN agencies etc)
✅Experience in commercial contracts is an advantage
✅Experience in the INGO sector or donors' agencies
✅Proven knowledge of various donors’ strategies
✅Excellent command of written and spoken English, other languages are an advantage
✅Excellent communication, writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with an eye for proposal messaging, themes, proposal aesthetics, and content
✅Ability to perform under time pressure, be flexible, work independently, manage multiple tasks, and work effectively in fast-paced and multicultural environments
✅Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and mentoring skills
✅Have the ability to both coordinate different teams and participate in different team environments
