Your workday will consist of:

As a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Prague hotel you are the first contact for our guests. Welcome them as they arrive at the hotel in a professional and friendly manner and provide with satisfaction expected of a 5star Hilton property.

Your duties include:

  • checking guests in and out, issuing of keys
  • taking reservations by telephone or email
  • preparing bills and dealing with payments.
  • you are also expected to provide guests with information, answer their queries and deal with complaints. At Hilton Prague, it is also a requirement to be comfortable with the upselling of all products and services within the hotel, which also influences your personal financial bonus.

As an international hotel chain, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Each receptionist works 8 hour shifts on a rotational basis, varying from morning, afternoon and night shifts.

Are you our future colleague?

We are looking for someone with experience in smaller hotel at the reception desk. Our ideal candidate is someone who wants to grow and develop a career within Hilton World Wide.

  • You have a friendly and approachable personality
  • Fluent English skills are essential
  • You excel at managing priorities and staying calm under pressure in a dynamic setting
  • Experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel setting is preferred
