Sr. Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst - Philip Morris ČR
We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with drive to understand our business performance as well as to provide Sales, Marketing & Finance functions on the Czech and Slovak market with actionable insights and recommendations. If you have strong skills in Power BI, good knowledge of SQL, and experience in optimizing reports, you are the right candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality analytics solutions, reports, and visually compelling dashboards that meet business requirements.
- Leverage SQL and data visualization platforms such as Power BI to manage, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to identify data needs and deliver analytics solutions that support pricing strategies and operational goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on business trends, pricing performance, and customer behaviors to support decision-making.
- Continuously improve and automate data pipelines, workflows, and reporting capabilities to enhance analytics infrastructure
- Mentor junior BI developer and promote best practices in BI development
Requirements:
- University Degree in business economics, IT or related field
- At least 3+ years of relevant analytics experience as BI developer or simiral role
- Strong skills in Power BI, Intermediate knowledge of SQL
- Practical knowledge of ML/AI and predictive and prescriptive analytics
- Proficiency in Czech/Slovak and English
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strategic thinking, data enthusiast, strong communicator
