Administration Intern (part-time role for University Students) - ROCHE s.r.o.

This is an "entry-career" role to support Finance & Procurement Teams with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Archiving documents and contracts in line with relevant archiving methodology
  • Admin support to Finance, Procurement and Compliance team
  • Collaborate with colleagues from various departments to obtain missing information as per requests

Who You Are

  • University student, able to commit to a part-time job alongside studies
  • Fluent Czech is a must, English language at the level of being able to communicate with colleagues and articulate requests in writing and verbally
  • Attention to detail and be able to work systematically
  • Goal - orientated and act with sense of urgency
  • Skilled at using MS Office or G-suite space tools - preferred
  • Team-player and open to learning

Currently the role is for fixed-term period until 30 November 2026.
