We are looking for a dynamic colleague for the position:

We are looking for new colleagues for this position in our customer care team!
What will you be responsible for?
- Communication with our clients (you will answer their questions and queries about products)
- Translating and entering orders into the internal system
- Regular communication and collaboration with teams within the SSC department
- Reporting
- Process improvement
What do we expect from you?
- Knowledge of Dutch at least at B2 level and English at B1 level
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, OneDrive)
- Experienced Customer service representative
- High school/college education - also suitable for graduates, whom we will train
- Responsibility, diligence and attention to detail
- Independence, self-reflection and willingness to continually work on yourself
