The Digital Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Managing Director and plays a key role in the development, execution, and optimization of direct communication strategies across digital channels such as email, SMS, WhatsApp Business, and robotic calls.

This role involves active campaign planning and performance analysis, close cooperation with internal departments (including CRM and risk management), and managing relationships with external lead generation partners — with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, technical oversight, and process optimization.The position is contract-based and full-time.


Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, configuration, and ongoing management of customer communication channels, including email, SMS, WhatsApp Business, robotic calls, and others.
  • Plan and execute multichannel marketing campaigns with a focus on personalization, automation, and performance optimization.
  • Analyze campaign performance across communication platforms, generate insights, and propose actionable optimizations.
  • Collaborate on communication strategy development and ensure effective execution across all active channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of external lead generation partners using analytical tools and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the risk management department to validate lead quality and ensure compliance with internal risk policies.
  • Ensure correct technical setup and tracking implementation (e.g. tracking pixels, UTMs, API integrations) to support accurate data collection and evaluation.
  • Interpret outputs from internal monitoring and data analysis systems, draw conclusions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Propose and coordinate follow-up actions or adjustments based on performance insights and business needs.
  • Negotiate cooperation terms with external partners and handle monthly financial settlements.
  • Work closely with the CRM team to ensure consistency across channels and support the implementation of marketing automation initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the Czech language and communicative proficiency in English
  • At least one year of experience in digital or performance marketing, ideally in a data-driven or highly regulated environment
  • Experience in the financial industry is a plus
  • Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics and MS Excel (advanced level), and basic knowledge of Google Tag Manager
  • Familiarity with tracking technologies (e.g. UTMs, pixels), data validation, and performance monitoring
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS basics
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data, draw conclusions, and drive optimization
  • Experience in planning and executing email campaigns or other direct marketing channels
