Medical Education Partner - ROCHE s.r.o.

The employment contract is conducted via our vendor in service for temporary employees for 12 months initially, with the intention to prolong.

Flexibility to travel within the Czech Republic (approx. 50-75%).

Medical Education Partner is a member of the Medical Team in Roche Diagnostics Division who participates in, contributes and executes the local medical initiatives/ activities/ projects to support the medical strategy for assigned diagnostic markers in the Czech Republic.

The Opportunity

• Performs the company’s medical education program/ trainings/ lectures about medical value of Roche Diagnostics Markers towards Clinicians and Health Care Professionals („HCPs“)
• Develops and cultivates the relationships with Therapeutic Area Experts/ Key Opinion Leaders/ other Clinicians/ Health Care Professionals/ Stakeholders and visits them individually on regular basis as the follow up of medical education programs to discuss the medical value of Roche markers in details
• Identifies and addresses the relevant medical needs in clinical practice and supports optimal usage of Roche Diagnostics Markers
• Contributes to internal medical trainings dedicated for assigned Roche Teams
• Reviewing and approving the medical content of Roche Diagnostics educational and promotional materials/ online campaigns/ presentations
• Participates in organization of Roche Scientific Symposia/ Medical Lectures done by External Speakers
• Contributes to developing and executing Scientific Advisory Boards
• Responds to requests for information about On-Label/ Off-Label uses of Roche Diagnostics Markers
• Supports the running of Investigator Initiated Studies/ Scientific Knowledge Exchange/ Research Data Communications
• Be aligned with local Regulatory and Quality Team and maintains all activities within good promotional practice, compliance and MedTech Code rules
• Liaison and cooperation with all relevant functions at Roche Diagnostics (local, regional, global)
• Contributes to the achievement of the company objectives

Who You Are

• University Degree in Medicine (preferred), Pharmacy, Biomedicine or Sciences
• Experience in a similar position in Pharma or Diagnostics industry or working experience as a medical doctor or a pharmacist or a worker in clinical research
• Experience of writing medical text and delivery of medical education presentations
• Strong ability to identify clinician customer needs and translate them into educational programs & action plans
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
• Conceptual & structured working style
• Flexibility & capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good organizational skills, high degree of accuracy
• Customer orientation
• Relationships with external KOLs in Health Care Industry
• Sound knowledge of the Czech Diagnostics and Healthcare Market
• Fluent in Czech and English language (spoken and written)
• Other languages are an advantage
