- Solution Design and Architecture - Translation of client business requirements into a well-architected, scalable, and robust technical solution within the ServiceNow platform
- Client Engagement and Advisory - Trusted consultancy to clients
- Technical Implementation - Development and configuration of ServiceNow applications
