Project Engineer - Philip Morris ČR

What will be your role?

  • Technical Project Design: Oversee the technical aspects of project design and implementation, ensuring that engineering solutions meet project specifications. (main focus on machines installation & layouts).
  • Coordination with Teams: Collaborate with other engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment between different project phases.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that engineering work adheres to quality standards, codes, and regulations, conducting inspections and quality checks as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges that arise during the project, providing innovative and cost-effective solutions.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, plans, and progress updates, ensuring clear communication to management and stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

  • University degree Technical, Economics, Admin
  • 2 years of experience with project leading or experience from production company (chemistry, pharmacy, food ind.)
  • Fluent English (everyday communication verbal and written), Czech/Slovak
  • Agile project management, communication & presentation skills, technical ways of thinking
  • Interest in technology and technical ind.
  • MS Office knowledge
  • CAD, SAP - advantage
