We work closely with managers to understand what the business needs, make better people decisions and build teams that can deliver results. We are looking for a People & Culture Partner to join our team on a fixed-term contract to cover parental leave.
We are looking for someone who understands that good people decisions are not always the easiest or most popular ones. Someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge managers when needed and balance what is right for our people with what the business needs. You'll work closely with our Group Head of People & Culture and managers across different departments, combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery.
What will be your role?
- Partnering with managers to understand their business priorities, team challenges and people needs, providing practical advice and support.
- Supporting managers with performance management, employee development and underperformance, helping them set clear expectations, give meaningful feedback and address issues early.
- Working with managers on onboarding, talent development, succession planning and retention, helping them identify people risks and prepare their teams for future needs.
- Leading end-to-end recruitment for senior and business-critical positions, working closely with hiring managers to define the right candidate profiles, assess candidates and make well-informed hiring decisions.
- Taking ownership of selected People & Culture initiatives, coordinating their implementation and ensuring that agreed actions are followed through.
- Using people data and employee feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and support better decisions

You might be a perfect fit if you:
- Have solid experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner role, ideally in an international company.
- Have hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, employee relations and people development.
- Understand Czech labour law and know how to apply it in everyday HR situations.
- Can build trusted relationships with managers, provide practical advice and challenge their thinking when needed.
- Can use people data to identify issues, understand what is happening in teams and recommend practical solutions.
- Are organised, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects from start to finish.
- Speak Czech and English at an advanced level (C1).
