How do Atmoskop reviews work?

We read each review that is published and verify that it was written by a real employee. If the writer provided us with a work e-mail address when reviewing, we take the review as confirmed. If the writer has entered their private e-mail address, we send them a verification request (e.g. a photo of a business card or another document that confirms the relationship with the company). If the writer doesn't provide this, it becomes an unverified review that you'll find on your profile at the very bottom hidden under the "I want to read it anyway" button.

You can use the report button on these reviews and we will ask the writer again to prove that they really work(ed) for you.

In 2023, 73% of reviews were written by current employees, and the average company review is also improving every year.

If you feel that your reviews do not correspond to reality, you can invite your current employees to add a review for you. They certainly have a good reason for working for you and will be happy to help you attract candidates who appreciate your company culture. You can request an internal survey for free zde. Data tells us that current employees review 47% better than former employees.

Every rating on Atmoskop is read and must comply with the Fairness Code. If it violates the Fairness Code, we return it to the writer and do not publish the comment. On this basis, we do not approve up to 20% of reviews.

Most often, we return reviews because they contain offensive language, names of specific people, allegations of criminal activity or sensitive information about the company.

Atmoskop respects freedom of expression. However, if you feel that some things are not true or are no longer valid, you can add an employer's response. You add this via the Report button next to the comment and write in the form "I want to respond: your reponse"

Your response must comply with the Fairness Code and will appear on your profile within 5 working days. If you have a paid profile on Atmoskop, just log in and add the employer's response directly, it will be displayed immediately.
